I am a 61 year old female clinical psychologist who has gone through life-changing physical, emotional, and spiritual transformations. The most recent change has been my residence. My husband, our two dogs, and I now live in Aguada, Puerto Rico. I am on a journey and am hoping that my journey may help others make their own.

My M.S. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology were earned at Auburn University in 1994 and 2000. My B.A. comes from San Diego State University – 1990. In addition to being a psychologist, I am married, a mother, grandmother, daughter, and a disabled Navy veteran.
