Recipe for: Morning Protein Bars

To prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. apple pie spice
¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. chia seeds
4 tbsp. dried goji berries
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. Splenda
2 tbsp. Stevia in the Raw
8 oz. canned organic pumpkin
4 oz. water
Mix dry ingredients through goji berries in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, sweeteners, pumpkin, and water) in separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir well.
Spray glass pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.
Bake 30-35 min (35-40 min if cooking two batches).
Makes 16 squares (4 squares per serving)
